Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to join our team. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of operations, including installation, maintenance, and servicing of drinking water solutions in hotels and offices.

Responsibilities:

• Plant Commissioning & Operations: Lead the on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of water purification systems and automated bottling Plant.

Preventive Maintenance: Schedule and execute routine maintenance plans to ensure smooth daily operations and eliminate plant downtime.

Rapid Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve unexpected mechanical, electrical, or fluid-system failures quickly to meet production goals.

CIP & Sanitation Protocols: Manage and monitor Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Sanitation-in-Place (SIP) cycles for the equipment, and storage tanks.

Water & Microbial Quality Testing: Oversee daily water parameters checking (TDS, pH, turbidity) and run regular microbial swabbing of bottling surfaces to prevent contamination.

GMP & Hygiene Enforcement: Enforce strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ensuring all site personnel comply with cleanroom dress codes, personal hygiene, and protective gear rules.

Facility Safety Audits: Perform routine hygienic audits of the environmental air filtration systems (HEPA), bottle blowing/rinsing zones, and cap sterilization areas.

SLA & Customer Relations: Act as the main point of contact for client complaints, ensuring all service issues are resolved within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Manpower & Team Leadership: Manage daily on-site technician schedules, allocate tasks efficiently, and provide ongoing technical and safety training.

Supply Chain & Vendors: Coordinate spare parts inventory, monitor vendor performance, and assist in managing external service contracts.

Compliance & Reporting: Ensure full compliance with company standards, local environmental laws, and health and safety regulations while documenting performance metrics
Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Lead investigations into recurring technical failures or major customer complaints, implementing permanent corrective actions (CAPA).

Audit Readiness: Keep all operational logs, water test reports, and cleaning checklists updated and audit-ready for third-party food safety or regulatory inspections.

Performance Reporting: Prepare and present weekly operational reports to upper management, highlighting plant efficiency (OEE), SLA adherence, and resource utilization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical or electrical engineering

• At least 1 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Knowledge of water treatment and purification systems, including reverse osmosis, UV, and ozone technologies

• Strong project management skills, with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget
